Why I Built Synced

I built Synced to be the solution I needed five years ago. I wanted to move beyond the occasional coffee chat and create a dedicated community where minority professionals can find culturally competent coaching, real strategic guidance, and a safe space to grow.

How I Mentor

My mentorship philosophy is simple: Strategy over platitudes. I don't just tell you to "lean in."
